  • October 14, 2008- 7emerald.com goes live. Potential tenants able to view floor plans & digital renderings, download applications and pay deposits online.
  • November 13, 2008- First apartment rented.
  • November 25, 2008- Building Permit Drawings submitted.
  • December 11, 2008- Building Permit issued. Construction begins.
  • April 25, 2009- Apartments fully rented.
  • May 29, 2009- Construction complete.
  • June 3, 2009- SOCIUS takes photos of finished project and creates 360 degree panoramic virtual tours to replace digital renderings on 7emerald.com.
