SOCIUS is working with the Avanru Development Group (ADG), a locally-owned and operated real estate development and management firm, committed to creating quality housing and commercial spaces for the benefit of the community.

 

This latest endeavor is a Mixed-Use development in Walpole, NH with plans for:

  • 48 Residential Condominiums for Active Adults, age 55+
  • Community-Owned Cooperative Food Store (Great River Co-Op)
  • Mixed-Use Building to include a Community Health and Wellness Center, Offices, Restaurants and Retail Storefronts
  • "Build-to-Suit" Bank Branch, or other Commercial use with Drive-up Access

Monadnock Biodiesel Collaborative - Keene, NH

We are working with Keene State College and a consortium of local organizations to develop a biodiesel production and testing facility in Keene, NH. This state-of-the-art building will house a "Learning Lab" that will function both commercially and as an educational facility for Keene State College students.
